Why Topcode exists
We started Topcode because we kept watching the same story play out. A founder with a great idea hires an agency. The agency builds what they're told. Months pass. Serious money gets spent. The product launches. The market doesn't respond. We've seen the $300k MVP that never shipped. The 18-month build that launched into silence. The founder who started confident and ended up questioning everything. Topcode exists to break that pattern. We challenge ideas before they become expensive. We validate before we build. And we stay in the build with founders until there's real traction, not just a shipped product.

Right now, Topcode helps individual founders turn ideas into products. Long term, we're building something bigger — a kind of "tech factory." A place where anyone with a strong business idea can come to learn the skills, connect with mentors, get a real shot at funding, and build their product all the way from idea to exit. No technical background required. Just a strong idea and the will to see it through. We're not there yet. But every founder we work with, every product we ship, every method we refine — it's all building toward that vision.
The team behind Topcode
Topcode is engineers, designers, product strategists, and GTM experts who build alongside founders. We've shipped across fintech, healthcare, logistics, and SaaS. We've seen 30+ projects through, and we know what separates products that get traction from expensive lessons. Over the years, we developed our own method, tested and proven across every project we've delivered. We train our team in this approach, so every engagement is led by people who follow the same discipline and stay accountable to outcomes.

Eldin has spent 15+ years building software products, leading development teams, and helping founders ship the right thing. His expertise spans software development, architecture, Agile delivery, and optimizing how teams work. He turns complex requirements into clear, executable plans — moving from messy concepts to validated builds through problem solving and idea shaping. He's built startups from zero, created GTM strategies, and validated countless business ideas. He sees problems from a wider perspective, stays calm under pressure, and asks the right questions to cut through noise. He combines strong leadership with an understanding of both business and people — aligning founders, developers, and stakeholders around a clear direction.
