A dedicated team is a full product squad (designers, developers, PM) that works exclusively on your product. Unlike staff augmentation where you manage individuals, we manage the team and deliver outcomes. You get a product partner, not just resources.
Typical ramp-up is 2-4 weeks. We match team composition to your needs, brief them on your product and processes, and establish working rhythms. Most teams are fully productive within the first month.
Teams are configured to your needs but typically include a product manager, UI/UX designer, frontend developers, backend developers, and QA. We can also include DevOps, data engineers, or mobile specialists as needed.
We apply our build methodology: 2-week sprints, code reviews, automated testing, and regular demos. Teams follow our engineering standards which we have refined over 15 years of product development.
Yes. Dedicated teams flex with your needs. We can add specialists for specific phases, scale up for major initiatives, or scale down during lighter periods. We plan these transitions together.
We recommend a minimum 6-month engagement to see meaningful results. Product development takes time, and shorter engagements rarely allow teams to reach full effectiveness. That said, we structure agreements with reasonable exit terms.
