An AI-powered HR platform that automates candidate screening, letting busy professionals focus only on the applicants who matter.
IntraVu is an intelligent HR platform designed to transform how companies handle high-volume recruitment. The platform lets candidates apply to positions and record video responses through a guided wizard — then AI takes over to classify, sort, and tag applicants for human review.
The goal is simple: save time for busy professionals who need to interview many candidates by surfacing only the relevant ones with the right fit.
The Problem
Hiring managers and recruiters spend countless hours screening candidates who aren't the right fit. Reviewing applications, scheduling initial calls, and conducting first-round interviews — most of this time is spent on people who won't make it to the next stage.
IntraVu flips this model. Instead of humans doing the initial filtering, AI handles the heavy lifting so professionals can focus their time on candidates who actually match what they're looking for.
