Yuzzle is a mobile app that combines two things people love: games and food. Restaurants publish discount campaigns as puzzle challenges. Users solve the puzzles, win coupons, and use them to order food — all within the same app.

The Concept

Traditional food ordering is transactional. Yuzzle makes it engaging. Instead of just browsing menus and checking out, users play puzzle games to unlock discounts. It turns a routine task into something fun — and gives restaurants a unique way to attract customers.

For restaurants, it's a marketing channel that stands out. For users, it's savings earned through a few minutes of gameplay.

How It Works

  • Restaurants create discount campaigns as puzzle challenges
  • Users browse available challenges and play to win
  • Winning unlocks coupons for that restaurant
  • Coupons apply automatically when ordering
  • Food arrives via integrated delivery services

What We Built

The platform required building multiple interconnected systems:

  • Puzzle game engine — The core gameplay mechanics
  • Backend infrastructure — Campaign management, user accounts, coupon system
  • Restaurant catalog — Menus, pricing, availability management
  • Ordering system — Cart, checkout, order tracking
  • Payments — Secure payment processing and invoicing
  • Delivery integration — Connection to delivery service providers
  • POS integration — Syncing orders with restaurant point-of-sale systems

Our Role

We joined as the software development team to bring Yuzzle to life. From the game mechanics to the payment flows to the restaurant integrations — we built the technical foundation that makes the entire experience work.

The Result

Yuzzle proves that even familiar categories like food delivery can be reimagined. By adding a layer of gamification, the app creates value for both sides: restaurants get a differentiated marketing channel, and users get a more engaging way to discover deals and order food.
